Thrilled to have a chance sitting down with McKinney from ProPTN sharing my thoughts in the podcast. Those questions were realistic and diverse, so we discussed something like industrial differences among continents, impact from manufactures at Taiwan’s training systems, dilemma between the labor union & dealers, and personal belief, etc.

很開心接到美國鋼琴技師團隊ProPTN (proptn.org)之邀在其Podcast獻聲，分享自己這些年來的一些觀察與努力在做的事。團隊的問題以台灣為主軸，很實際也多元，因此我們討論了歐美台產業的社會文化差異、海外製造商於台灣培訓制度的影響、工會與經銷商兩難和倡議理念等等。事後回想，很多感觸都在分享時慢慢蔓延出來了!
